Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Each piece is created, handled, and shipped with care. Because I operate as an independent artist, my policies are designed to be transparent and fair while recognizing that most of my work is original and one of a kind.

By purchasing from my website, you agree to the following policies regarding refunds, returns, shipping, and privacy.

Original Paintings

All sales of original paintings are considered final. Each piece is unique, and I take great care to ensure accurate photos and descriptions before purchase. Please review all details carefully prior to ordering.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to either repair, replace (if possible), or refund the item.

Prints and Other Items

For prints or reproductions, I accept returns or replacements if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and I’ll arrange a solution.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if the item has not yet shipped. Once shipped, sales are final.

Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately at machrone.gallery@gmail.com so I can correct the issue quickly.

Shipping Policy

I currently ship from the Netherlands and offer both domestic and international shipping.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs.
